The long-standing problem is resolved with retrofitted snow-melting anti-icing.
For snow removal on the roof, only the dangerous outer perimeter of the roof is equipped with exposed stainless steel piping for snow melting!
We would like to introduce a case where the installation of an after-the-fact snow melting system has resolved a long-standing issue. Mr. Y, who lives just 2-3 minutes away from our company, contacted us last summer with a consultation about making his hand-dug roof, which had been a source of trouble due to snow eaves, safer. Since it was a snow-covered roof, we melted the snow only on the dangerous outer perimeter using exposed stainless steel piping, and we were delighted to receive an email with photos from him expressing his happiness that it melted just as he had hoped. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to bring a customer's idea to life and seeing their joy. This marks the beginning of a long relationship.
